You have to love the scepticism in this article. Very subtle, you heartless twats. There's are some dangerous underlying assumptions here that:
a) These people are capable of working
b) These people don't want to work
If this party had any exposure to the sorts of people who are claiming incapacity benefit, they would no doubt feel differently. It's a typical Conservative beating stick - "Oh look, all you people are working hard and yet these people are just sitting at home living the life of riley courtesy of your taxes." It's piss-poor and it's grossly unfair.
